This is why I do what I do:
I am going to make a commitment to follow these (and a few other) rules for just 1 month or 4 weeks. I feel that I can do anything for at least four weeks. If at the end of the four weeks I feel more energized, healthier and all around “better”, then I will make more permanent changes to what I eat. I mean after all – if eating could become more than a way to satisfy a bodily need for nutrients or more than something to do while I’m bored -why wouldn’t I do it. Starting Now…
