Another way of saying it – however fit you are, is the level of fitness your environment allows for.

For example, lets say you are a woman who is 26% bodyfat, but you want to go to 21% bodyfat.

  1. Your kitchen is stocked with food that someone who is 26% bodyfat eats.
  2. Your friends talk about food the way that someone who is 26% bodyfat talks about food. 
  3. You drink the amount of alcohol that someone who is 26% bodyfat drinks.
  4. Your level of workout planning is the amount of planning that someone who is 26% bodyfat plans.
