What’s healthier, sugar or high fructose corn syrup? What about agave nectar? Honey? Maple syrup? Get the sweet n’ low down here.

Everything is a cycle isn’t it? At one point, sugar was the demon and high fructose corn syrup was the savior. Now, HFCS is the devil, sugar is just okay, but agave sweetener will save your soul. In the end, my recommendation is to eat real food. And those chemicals like Mountain Dew, Snapple, and other “food-like substances” made in plants, well, it just isn’t real food.
