Everyone would be amazed about the kinds of emails I get. I, of course, never make them public. But the things people write to me blow me away with their details, photos, and personal information. It’s sad really. People feel so disconnected to the healthcare system because they either can’t afford it or because it’s inaccessible and they’re in a bind. I can’t do anything for them because it’s my policy to not answer any medical questions over email. But this reminds me of the kinds of things I get on an almost daily basis.
