One of the greatest aspects of living in NYC is that we have no Wal-Marts because the good people of the greatest city on earth simply won’t stand for Wal-Mart’s principles. We’d rather have bodegas and corner stores and small businesses making it on their own.
It makes me laugh though. I would think Wal-Mart would want a piece of the 7th largest economy in the world, the five boroughs of NYC. But they aren’t welcome to this goldmine. Thank you New Yorkers.
