The weird thing about this article is that the photographer was Adam Bosworth’s daughter. Adam resigned as the head of Google Health many months ago to start his very, very awesome new company called Keas. By the way, the Keas website is ironically quite unassuming. Expect something really awesome in the near future to appear there. We were talking prior to the interview and she said, “This sort of reminds me of what my dad is doing." Such an odd coincidence. I told her I met with her dad a few weeks ago to discuss some synergies with Hello Health and Keas. Good things are happening in the online health space. Remember how I always talk about the internet being used for communication rather than strictly providing health information? That is the real evolution of the healthcare internet space. People talk about Health 2.0…but actually using the internet to connect doctors with their patients mimicking how the internet is used today ala Facebook is the real Health 2.0.
